My name is Arlyn and I am an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I offer an integrated approach to counselling which combines Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt therapies, as well as mindfulness.
Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk in a way which explores what is going on in your life and helps you to work towards change.
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes and is held in a safe, confidential space where you can speak about the issues which are affecting you without feeling judged. I want to develop a trusting counselling relationship which enables you to identify your needs.
My sessions range from adult one-on-one face-to-face counselling to Skype counselling where circumstances require it.
