Welcome
Finding the right counsellor can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support can be difficult. I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, knowing you are understood and respected.
My Background
My background is in integrative counselling, which means I adapt my approach to suit what feels most helpful for you. I combine different ways of working to offer support that is flexible, gentle, and tailored to your unique journey.
I qualified in 2014 with an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (BACP-accredited) and achieved individual BACP accreditation in 2021. Since then, I have continued my professional development through additional training, including psychoanalysis, CBT for menopausal symptoms, EMDR Part 1 and part 2, mindfulness, and courses on relational trauma, safeguarding, and understanding autism.
Areas of Support
Clients come to counselling for a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, and bereavement. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients and a special interest in peri- and menopausal wellbeing. My approach combines understanding, practical tools, and a supportive presence to help you feel empowered and in control of your life.
I believe that, with the right support, everyone has the inner strength to grow, change, and move forward and I would be honoured to work alongside you on that journey.
